In addition to catching Italian architect and product designer Piero Lissoni’s custom-designed space and keynote address (Sept. 28) at the 2012 Interior Design Show West, join Breakfast Television’s Aly Velji [1] with Andrew Pike and Cheryl Torrenueva during the Blanco Design Panel (Sept. 29) as they share trends and design inspiration; shop The One of a Kind District’s handcrafted goods from 50 artisans, such as Melk [2]; admire bespoke Vancouver woodworker Christian Woo’s furniture and cabinetry [3]; and dream big with award-winning Vancouver architect Michael Green [4] as he shares his experiences while camping in an orchard in Naramata with 19 UBC students (Sept. 28).

IDSwest kicks off Sept. 27 at 6pm at the Vancouver Convention Centre with an opening night party and a runway show by Vancouver Fashion Week ($20).  Featuring 300 exhibitors, the show opens to the public Sept. 28 at 4pm and runs until Sept. 30 at 5pm.  Ticket info and schedule at IDSwest.com.
